Stronger together – on the pitch and in business

Thanks to the valuable financial support of the Austrian Serbian Economic Forum, we were able to offer fans from the Republika Srpska a unique opportunity to support their team, FC Borac Banja Luka, at a special football event in Vienna. Through our cooperation it was possible not only to make the journey possible for the fans, but also to give them the chance to show their passion and their support directly on site.

Sport has an incredible power to connect people from different cultures and nations. At this event it was impressive to see how fans from the Republika Srpska cheered on their team together in Vienna while at the same time having the opportunity to experience the local football scene. These moments are more than an experience on the pitch – they strengthen the relations between our countries and open up new avenues for exchange.

This initiative shows in a simple and yet profound way how sport and business can go hand in hand. It is not only the competition on the pitch that counts, but also the support and cooperation in the background that make such experiences possible in the first place. We are proud to be able to make a small contribution to further promoting the connection between Austria and the Republika Srpska and to deepening mutual understanding.

For us it is a pleasure to see how such shared experiences build bridges at both a personal and an institutional level. At a time when international cooperation and the exchange of ideas and culture are more important than ever, events of this kind are a valuable step towards further strengthening and deepening positive relations.
