Association statutes
The statutes govern the purpose, structure and bodies of the association as well as the rights and obligations of its members. They are binding on all members.
Established under Austrian association law, the Austrian Serbian Economic Forum is a non-profit, non-partisan and independent association based in Vienna. The association is not run for profit.
Purpose of the association
The purpose of the association is to provide support on economic policy and to promote economic and social relations between Austrian and Serbian companies. Building and maintaining a reliable network is at the centre of its work.
Membership
Legal entities — companies and organisations — as well as private individuals can become members. Admission is based on a written application; the competent bodies of the association decide on it.
The membership fee is currently100 € pro Jahr for companies and organisations, 50 € pro Jahr for private individuals and 1000 € pro Jahrfor support within a sector.

The bodies of the association and their responsibilities are set out in detail in the statutes.
Dissolution
The provisions on dissolving the association and on the use of its assets follow the statutes and the Austrian Associations Act.
