ÖSWF supports the founding and opening of 2A Derma Concept in St. Pölten
ÖSWF

The Austrian Serbian Economic Forum has supported two entrepreneurs in founding a new studio for cosmetics and skin care in Lower Austria. Before numerous guests from business and public life, and in the presence of Mathias Stadler, mayor of St. Pölten, “2A DERMA CONCEPT” opened in Pottenbrunn.
The opening shows what good cooperation and personal networks can set in motion: an idea has become a company.
Two founders with a background in care
Florentina-Alexandra Straninger and Elena Amalia Ilie run the studio together, realising their entrepreneurial vision. Both are qualified professionals in health care and combine that experience with contemporary cosmetic treatment methods and individual skin care.
The studio works to its own concept, “Medical-Inspired Skincare”. What it offers includes professional skin analysis, facial treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, anti-ageing treatments and electrolysis. The company is based at Hauptstraße 65–67 in Pottenbrunn, close to St. Pölten; it opens to clients on 17 October.
Support from the forum
Throughout the founding and build-up phase the two entrepreneurs had the backing and advice of the ÖSWF. Key roles were played by Suzan Kesić, board member responsible for strategy and international cooperation, vice-president Zoran Subašić and board member Julia Ecker, an entrepreneur and specialist in strategic communications and public relations.
Together with Stefan Bodiroža, Head of Marketing, who worked concretely on the brand identity and the marketing, they guided the founders through questions of business positioning and networking. Representatives of the forum also attended the opening.
The forum works on closer economic ties, on international networking and on advancing entrepreneurial undertakings. As a platform it brings together companies, institutions and individuals from different fields, fosters economic partnerships and helps new business ideas come about. The support given to “2A DERMA CONCEPT” is an example of how such a network can spark regional entrepreneurship and create opportunities.
The celebration was opened by Julia Ecker. Among the guests was Mathias Stadler, mayor of St. Pölten, the capital of Lower Austria. Alongside the forum’s representatives, many other guests from business and beyond attended.
500 euros for a women’s shelter in St. Pölten
Besides the launch of the business, the evening had a charitable side. A raffle raised 500 euros for a women’s shelter in St. Pölten. The money was handed over the same evening: Rita Fellner, a social worker at the shelter, was at the opening and accepted the cheque.
With that gesture the two founders tied their entrepreneurial start to concrete help for women and children in difficult circumstances.
What has come about here shows how much networks, personal ties and mutual help contribute to realising new business ideas. That is precisely where the forum sees its task: bringing people together, encouraging cooperation and supporting entrepreneurial development — regardless of origin.
The founding in St. Pölten is thus an example of economic cooperation in practice, and of what a solid network is worth. We wish both founders a good start.
