What it is about
Austria and Serbia have different legal systems, procedure times and administrative processes. What is a formality in one country can take months in the other. Anyone founding a subsidiary, concluding a supply contract or acquiring a stake needs to know both sides.
Then there is public affairs: companies need to know which body in administration and politics is responsible for their concern and how to raise it there.
